Jane Davenport is one of my FAVORITE teachers! She is absolutely fabulous!! (And her Australian accent is adorable!)
I found her through Tam Laporte's Life Book 2012 class, and I instantly loved her class. She is super funny and explains her process so well. I highly recommend any of her classes!
Supplies Me is all about all the different types of mixed media supplies you can use in art journaling. She explains in great detail how each supply works, the different brands available and the pros and cons of each. While she's doing all that she teaches you TONS of different journaling techniques.

Okay, here goes.... I decided to give this blogging thing another try (after a first attempt a few years ago). For the title of my blog I was inspired by the title of the book 1000 Art Journal Pages,... mostly because it seems like I've taken at least a 1000 art journal classes! It's almost a running joke about how many different classes I'm currently enrolled it (about 11 at last count!). Sometimes I even forget all the great classes I have access too! So I thought I should start cataloging all the classes I've taken in the past and present. I will be telling you what the classes are about, telling you about the teachers, and posting pics of my work from the classes. Of course I won't be giving away and class secrets or techniques, you'll have to enroll in the classes for that. ;) Hopefully it will encourage you to find your own path to an art form that speaks to you!
